Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga confirmed the arrest of Dejavu bar boss Stephen Kisenyi.

“We are holding Kisenyi in our cells but we haven’t preferred any charges against him at the moment,” said Enanga.

Enanga further said that before Kisenyi’s arrest, he was summoned to record a statement and identify the employee on duty when AK 47 allegedly slipped in the Bar’s Washrooms.

Police is also hunting for a cleaner at Dejavu bar identified as Milton Mumbere. Mumbere is believed to have been cleaning the washrooms when AK 47 allegedly slipped.

Singer Emmanuel Mayanja was pronounced dead on Monday night at Nsambya hospital in Kampala.

Red Pepper online understands that AK47 slipped in the nightspot’s washrooms as he was trying to answer the calls of nature.

He was later and found by friends who rushed him to Nsambya hospital.

Upon reaching the hospital, the will of God defeated science and he was pronounced dead due to internal bleeding.
