Judiciary: No Judgement Yet In Age Limit Petitions
The Judiciary have come out to dismiss social media reports that there has been a verdict by the Constitutional Court in the ‘Presidential Age-Limit’ petitions.
In an unprecedented press release dated May 31, 2018, the Judiciary says there has been no judgement by the Constitutional Court sitting at Mbale.
Please note that following the hearing of these consolidated petitions between April 9 and 19, 2018, the Deputy Chief Justice and head of Constitutional Court pronounced that the Court would deliver its JUDGEMENT ON NOTICE.
