KCCA players Celebrate a Goal in a Recent Game

KCCA FC 5-0 Proline FC, Maroons FC 2-2 Express FC


Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) has continued with their pre-season form with a 5-0 humiliation over FUFA Big league outfit, Proline FC at Phillip Omondi Stadium on Wednesday.

Tanzanian born, Shaban Nonda netted a brace for the garbage collectors with the other goals coming from defender, Timothy Awani, Joseph Ochaya and Derrick Nsibambi.

Last Friday, KCCA beat newly promoted FUFA Big league side, Masavu FC 1-0 courtesy of second half substitute, Derrick Nsibambi’s last gasp winner.

This was the fourth build up match for KCCA FC in their pre-season campaign, with 3 wins and 3-1 loss to Kamwokya FC at home.

The Lugogo based club will host Bukedea’s Amus College School at Lugogo on Friday to continue their preparations for CECAFA Club Championship to be held in Tanzania.

In another day’s pre-season encounter, newly promoted Maroons FC held Express FC to a two all draw score at the Prisons grounds in Luzira.

The two sides commenced their pre-season training a week ago and the game was to act as a trial for the new recruits at the respective clubs.

Express FC goals were scored by Ceaser Okhuti and Emma Kalyowa.

Maroons FC found their way with goals from Hood Mukiibi and Allan Anguyo.

Express FC have managed to sign more experienced players like; Lukwiya Rogers, Ronald Sekubomba , Mike Suilaman Mutyaba and Ceaser Ohkuti
