Photos: Friends & Family Pay Tribute To Francis Bbale

There was grief as staff of National broadcaster UBC, Family and friends paid their last tribute to the cerebrated TV news star Francis Bbale.

Paying tribute and public viewing Bbale’s remains was yesterday held at UBC head offices in Kampala.
The remains of late Francis Bbale arrived at UBC gardens yesterday at 2pm for public viewing and eulogy.

Many people described Bbale as a strong man who did a tremendous work in changing the face of news broadcast in the country.
Jane Kasumba the acting manager UBC said that Bbale has been in charge of training talents at the time of his death.

She further said that Bbale has been a strong pillar at the corporation and his legacy will live forever.
Robert Ssebunya the presidential advisor on Buganda matters noted that there is need for government to fully facilitate all hospitals such that people do fly out of the country to seek treatment.
Bbale Francis 61, worked for UBC (formerly UTV and Radio Uganda) for over 25 years.
He has left behind two children and a widow.
He will be buried on Monday at his ancestral home in Wamala off Entebbe road.
