Rich Kiruhura Land Lord accused of evicting village
Residents of Kiruhura district started giving evidence against a rich man who is evicting families from land.
Justice Catherine Bamugemereire’s led land probe Commission has today started listening to residents of Kimumo Village in Kiruhura District who claim a richman Isaac Ndahiro is evicting them from their land.
One of the complainants from Kimumo Village in Kuruhura district claiming that the families of that village have been inconvenienced (arrested, taken to court etc) by an individual, Ndahiro Isaac who claims they encroached on his land sized 1 square mile and 30 acres. They though claim that the land is not owned by Mr. Ndahiro.
