The Presidential Adviser On Military matters and former Micro Finance Minister Gen Caleb Akandwanaho aka Salim Saleh has been missing in action and thinking hard. Of recent, the big man assigned him a big task to grill ‘Airforce’ bosses over the army choppers that crashed in Kenya last month.
The filthy stinking ‘cash cow’ is working tooth and nail to have the report before the year runs down. Meanwhile last Sunday the army general was spotted at the 13th SACCA Congress at the Imperial Resorts Beach Hotel.
He was one of the invited guests that attended the Africa regional summit on ‘Cooperative Savings & Credit Associations’ across the continent. It was last year that Uganda accepted to host the 13th SACCA Congress.
