Rudolph was coach for the Namibia National Team, Namibia Amateur Team, Namibia U/19 and Manager Namibia High Performance Program from 2007-2012. As coach of Namibia, they managed to win the Intercontinental Shield for 2010 among other achievements.
He was also a consultant for the Botswana Under 19 National Cricket Team during the World Cup Qualifiers that were held in Uganda in May 2013. Rudolph has also been coach for first class teams such as Impalas and Limpopo Cricket Academy based in South Africa.
Former national team skipper Henry Okecho will be Rudolph’s assistant.
