Ever since Startimes entered the Pay TV industry 5 years ago, a lot has happened.

Consumers have jointly voted Startimes as their most preferred Pay TV Company in Uganda.
During the Consumers Preference Awards dinner held at Serena Hotel in Kampala, the team from Startimes headed by the company Chief Executive Officer (John Yang) had multiple reasons to smile after being announced the winners of the Award.
Christine Nagujja, the Startimes Publicist described the Award as a reward to the company for the continuous investments in network expansion as well as offering of services and products that are affordable to the Ugandan consumers.
“This award is dedicated to our subscribers that have made us shine since we started business in Uganda. We have always been the people’s choice and we shall continue to put in place all avenues that seek to make Ugandans fully connected on the digital platform,” noted Nagujja.
Consumers Preference Award (CPA) was established with the sole purpose of recognizing business excellence.
CPA is the only organization in Uganda to recognize business excellence by conducting statistically a comprehensive and objective accurate independent market research survey, to determine brand reputation, customer satisfaction and business excellence for the quality of their service, value, professionalism and integrity.
