This week, an attack on Mbuya, now a man in uniform on a shooting spree, why? The government should explain to us why all these incidents are happening in a manner they do other wise we are afraid as Ugandans that taking a beer in a bar may make loose life! who is in charge and should account for the lost lives? are we going back to the dark days?
may their soul rest in peace
I think the responsible party should do it’s work well. May the souls of the fallen citizens RIP
