Kayihura Ally Ndahura Charged In Army Court
Col. Ndahura Atwoki has today been charge in an army court with interfering with the process of law.
The former police Crime Intelligence Commander, who was arrested two weeks ago alongside several allies of disgraced former Inspector General of Police Kale Kayihura, was arraigned before a UPDF disciplinary court headed by Tom Kabuye and charged and remanded.
Interfering with the process of law, is contrary to Section 166 of the UPDF Act 2005. Ndahura has been remanded to Makindye military barracks until 13 July 2018.
