Bebecool, artistes release song on COVID-19

Kampala – Ugandan artiste, Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool has released a new song creating awareness for the COVID-19, RedPepper Digital‘s Frank Mulu reports
The Kasepiki hitmaker features other local musicians such as Fik Fameica, FreshKid, APass, Paper Daddy, Fresh Daddy, Swangz Avenue’s Vinka, Awazi, John Blaq and others.
Uganda has so far recorded 18 cases of the coronavirus with no registered death yet.
The song calls upon Ugandans to stay at home, wash their hands with water and soap to prevent Covid-19.
“I would like to thank all the artistes who have participated in this chapter because they did this without any payment and would like to encourage you to also dedicate your platforms to educate our followers more about Coronavirus, and to follow the directives of the president and the Ministry of Health,” said Bebe Cool
“Look out for chapter TWO featuring more big UGANDAN stars from different districts/regions doing it in different LANGUAGES with chapter one video coming next week,” Bebe Cool added
He urged fans and other concerned Ugandans to select a part of an artist you love, sing and record themselves to share across social media platforms,
“This #CORONADISTANCECHALLENGE is meant to push more awareness about Coronavirus, entertain us and at least divert us away from worries as we stay indoors,” Bebe cool intimated
