Entebbe Mayor’s political Aide loses lucrative garbage deal at Nkumba dumpsite

The world has become thinner for Entebbe Municipality Mayor’s political aide Senfuka Tamuzadde ever since council stopped all KCAA trucks from dumping garbage at Nkumba dumpsite which he has been managing since the Kiteezi landfill tragedy. Sources say each garbage truck has been paying Shs 20,000 to dump garbage at Nkumba dumpsite and in a day twenty trucks would dump garbage there.

Senfuka was appointed by his boss Mayor Fabrice Rulinda to manage the dumpsite and he would earn daily allowances of Shs. 100,000. The trucks would dump garbage during night hours and Senfuka’s primary role was to count the number of trucks that dump garbage there on a daily basis.

However, following several complaints related to health issues from residents residing near the dump site, Entebbe municipal council stopped KCAA trucks from dumping garbage at Nkumba dumpsite.

The termination of the deal was a big blow to Senfuka who was enjoying big daily allowances. At the time when was in charge of the dumpsite, Senfuka would spend weekends at hang out places in Entebbe and he would be spotted wearing short trousers in company of juicy female friends.

Senfuka who is in early 70s had become a subject of discussion because of his lifestyle and many believe he could have skipped some stages and he was trying to compensate for what he missed during his youthful stage.

Elderly Senfuka, who wedded his official wife a few years ago, could hardly be seen at hangout places with his official wife but would be seen in the company of juicy babes tanking litters of booze.

Sources further told us that since losing the garbage deal all his female friends disappeared mysteriously and nowadays he seems to be in a serious financial meltdown. He is usually spotted walking from his residence to Entebbe Municipal council headquarters while facing down.

Apparently, Mzee Senfuka needs counseling because he seems to be socially and economically depressed.
