Kenya Airways Suffers Tyre Burst, Passengers Survive Death By Whisker

A Kenyan Airways aircraft that was from Entebbe International airport yesterday burst its tyre as it landed at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, Kenya.

According to a press statement from the Airline, the aircraft KQ415 plane landed in Nairobi safely apart from the tyre burst and no injuries were recorded.

“The aircraft is being inspected by Kenya Airways Engineers. There were no injuries. Kenya Airways wishes to thank all its guests for their patience and continued support and assure them that their safety is paramount,” the statement reads in part.

This however caused some delays in other flights as it put tension to other planes to first be sure of their safety.

The runway was later cleared and operations resumed normally.
