Kyambogo don on spot for defiling a special needs kid
Dr. Lawr…, a dean of students at one of Kyambogo University faculities has been dragged to Jinja road police for allegedly defiling a special needs student.
We shall not name the victim being a minor, but she is a pupil at Mukono-Katosi based Sir.Apollo Kaggwa primary school.
The incident happened a few days ago as the dean, colleagues and other special needs pupils were returning from a trip in Kenya organized by Netherlands based NGO Vision project.
On arrival at Entebbe airport, the whopper terrorist offered to drop some of the special needs kids to their respective homes and schools.
He identified his target and decided to drop her last.
And in the process he forcefully unleashed his whopper on her.
She reported the matter to school authorities the next day and the dean was eventually arrested and spent two days in cells before being released on bond.
There are however fears that the kid may never get justice because the dean is apparently engaging the kid’s father to have the matter sorted quietly.
