Nambooze Questioned Over Abiriga, Released On Bond
The Police have raided the home of Mukono MP Betty Nambooze at Nabuti in Mukono Municipality.
The MP was then driven off with a lead police pickup with policemen. It is believed she was taken to Jinja Road Police.
The raid is understood to be related to the murder of Arua MP Ibrahim Abiriga in which Nambooze was named as a person of interest by the Police.
Nambooze was allowed to be driven in her car to police. She broadcast the drive from her home to facebook live on facebook.
Nambooze was later released on Police Bond after a few hours questioning.
