Silk Events Loses Juicy KCCA Deal
Silk Events has lost a juicy deal of booking artistes who will perform at the upcoming Kampala city festival come October 5.
Sources have revealed that Silk Events has been getting huge sums of money from KCCA and giving artistes peanuts.
“They have been getting a lot of money from KCCA yet they use little to book them. KCCA is now contacting the artistes directly,” confirmed the source.
Sources further revealed that the Silk Events services have started to decline and this was evidenced on My Kid is a Superstar show at Kololo over the weekend when their generator malfunctioned and the event had to be ended prematurely.
