Two Members of Parliament are currently blocked from entering Parliament. The MPs are Rubaga North representative Kasibante Moses and Busiro East MP Medard Ssegona.

The two legislators were blocked from driving into the Parliament compound because they had five people in their vehicles. Police at the upper gate of Parliament declined to grant them entry citing the five passengers in their vehicles as strangers to parliament.

The two MPs are currently engaged in a stand off with the police at the gate of Parliament demanding access.

Police is yet to allow them to drive in.

It is not immediately clear who are the passengers in the vehicles with the MPs.

  1. What do the Parliament security guidelines say ? Are these guidelines clear to both the police and MPs ?

  2. they are just political dramatists, ask Kasibant to tell u what is happening in Rubbaga north he know nothing.
