Ugandan president, Yoweri Museveni is today expected to open the Mbale central market complex in the east of the country.
The 3-storied market boasts 580 lock -ups at a cost of Ugshs 26 billion to Government. It is located at the busy Market Street next to KCB opposite Bank of Uganda premises cost.
