Miss Uganda 7/10 to Win Miss World

To the surprise of her critics, Miss Uganda Leah Kalanguka has been rated at stands at 7/10 odds to win Miss World title by Daily Mail’s FEMAIL section.

Miss Uganda is among the top favorites for the 2014 crown

Kalanguka is one of the beauty queens that on Monday last week descended on London to be put through their paces in sport and swimwear competitions ahead of December’s Miss World final – returning to the city where it all started 63 years ago.

Our neighbour,South Sudan’s 19-year-old beauty queen, Awien Kuanyin Agoth was also named in the paper’s top 10 and given a 10/10 win factor.

Kalanguka (2rd R) is already charming the other glamorous girls vying to become Miss World with her brains.

Only Miss England Carina Tyrrell, Miss Wales Alice Ford, Miss Scotland Ellie McKeating, Miss Canada Annora Bourgeault and Miss Australia Courtney Thorpe have higher odds than our Iganga beauty.
