Sentamu In Transfer Talks With AS Vita Of Congo

Uganda’s best player at the 2014 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN), Junior Yunus Sentamu looks set to join Democratic Republic of Congo for talks side AS Vita after he began negotiations with the club.
Red Pepper has learnt the 19-year-old striker ho scored against Burkina Faso and Morocco at the CHAN event, is in DR Congo and will return towards the end of this week. He travelled with SC Vipers Club Chairman Thadeus Kitandwe.
The DR Congo team who are footing all the bills for him to travel is in the group stage of the lucrative CAF Champions League after seeing off South African Champions Kaizer Chiefs 3-2 on aggregate last month.
