UNSOLVED MURDERS! Ex-ISO boss to name real sponsors

BY.P.I.U
Former ISO Director General, Col Frank Bagyenda aka Kaka has vowed to name the mafia behind a spate of unsolved murders in the country.
This follows the recent arrest of four suspects behind the murder of state prosecutor Joan Kagezi in 2015.
In November last year, four men—Kibuuka John, Masajjage John, Kisekka Dan and NasurAbdalla—were arraigned before the Chief Magistrates Court in Nakawa.
Terrorism and murder charges were read to them.
Kaka is full of praise for the DPP office for resurrecting the case and as well apprehending suspects.
“I want to thank the DPP for taking a bold step to revive the Kagezi murder probe and arresting some suspects. I wish them good luck. There is always light at the end of the tunnel….This information is not new to me. While at ISO I shared it but it was either ignored or mismanaged,” Kaka told this publication.

He said that whereas these are real suspects and one Amazon is the one who pulled the trigger on Kagezi, the real mafias sponsoring the killings are still alive and kicking.
“These [suspects] are just hired guns. They had no interest in Kagezi. They are just assassins. The mafia who hired them are still at large….”
He said it is the same mafia gang behind other unresolved killings happening in the country. Talk of Abiriga, AIGP Kaweesi, Kirumira and among others.
MY VOW
According to Kaka, it’s now time to spill the beans.
“I’m soon coming out of Kamooli to spill the beans. It’s time for national service. I don’t have strings attached now. I’m ready to expose these criminals [who sponsor murders] because they are still around and ready to kill.”
Kaka stepped down as ISO boss in October 2020.
