Promoter Balaam Sues Eagles Production

Members of the defunct Eagles production are shedding crocodile years after the City Events Promoter Balaam Barugahara sued them for not fulfilling their contract they had made with him.
The suit that was filed by Balaam, blocks the new Eagles Production and the Golden production from performing at any concert until they fulfill the contract obligations or they pay him 300million in form of damages.
Eagles Production and Balaam had signed a contract that the Uganda’s most celebrated band will perform at various occasions during the Easter season at a fee of 100 million.
On Monday, Nakawa Court deputy registrar Gladys Nakibule issued an order preventing the band members from performing on various upcoming concerts and ordered them to appear in court today.
Balaam said that if they don’t adhere to the suit, the damages will sky rocket to over 600 million and this might force him to attach their property.
